On the 23rd April 1970, the FORUM STEGLITZ
was opened as Berlin’s second multi-functional shopping and services centre.
This shop-in-shop centre, a novelty at that time, quickly became the main attraction of this part of the city. |

Approximately 10 million visitors a year come to find five storeys of shops with 63 retail outlets as well as places to eat out, diverse service companies and a bowling alley.
One major attraction is also the Bornmarkt where market day is everyday with over 40 stands a tradition since 1908 and since 1970 it has even been covered for comfort and integrated into the ground floor of FORUM STEGLITZ. Events for the whole family are held in the FORUM STEGLITZ on a regular basis.
